Criminal Law System Is “Biased against Indigenous British People”

The criminal law system is biased against indigenous people of Britain as evidenced by the speed at which whites were tried for allegedly insulting Muslims compared to the eight month delay in bringing charges against a Muslim paedophile gang, said the British National Party’s legal director, Lee Barnes.

“When a judge publicly criticises the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for failing to bring a case to court involving the racist rapes of white children by Muslim gangs, then we know we have a real problem in our country,” Mr Barnes said.

“When Muslims are the ‘victims’, such as in the recent case with the Christian hotel owners allegedly insulting Islam, indigenous people are prosecuted to the maximum by the CPS,” Mr Barnes said.

“But when white working class children are the victims of Muslim rape gangs, the crimes are minimised, hidden and delayed for political reasons.”

Mr Barnes was reacting to the news that District Judge John Foster had strongly criticised the eight month delay in bringing the “Rotherham Eight” Muslim paedophile rapist gang to court.

Mr Foster said it was a “lamentable failure” on the part of the CPS who had waited since March to bring the men to court following their arrest.

The gang was arrested in March but released on police bail. They only appeared in court on Wednesday.

Mr Foster condemned the delay in bringing charges as “absolutely scandalous.” Addressing CPS prosecutor Mark Hughes, Mr Foster said: “The complainants are 13 and 14 years of age and you are telling me that it’s acceptable to conduct an eight month Crown Prosecution review of the case before bringing these men to court? I can’t believe it.

“These are children who are going to have to give evidence about these allegations. They face the prospect of being cross-examined, assuming not guilty pleas are entered by one or more of the defendants. Someone has to explain this to me, it’s absolutely scandalous.”

Mr Barnes contrasted this disgrace with the ultra-quick prosecution of a white Christian hotel-owning couple in Liverpool who were dragged to court within days of a Muslim guest claiming that she had been insulted while staying there.

The couple were not only quickly prosecuted, but also had their details splashed across all the media, in complete contrast to the low profile coverage given the Muslim rape gang crime wave, which is becoming increasingly common in that community.

“The CPS is run by Baroness Scotland who is a black peer appointed to her job by the Labour Party,” Mr Barnes said.

“Therefore the CPS is under the control of a wing of the Labour Party. As Labour needs to win the Muslim block vote in order to keep power, we can see that British justice is being used by that party as a political football.

“The police have become little more than the paramilitary wing of the Labour Party. Crippled by political correctness, the police are more worried about community tensions than justice for the victims,” Mr Barnes continued.

“Judge Foster should be commended for exposing the sickness at the core of our society. It is terrifying to see how many crimes involving ethnic minorities are covered up. It is incredible to see how many white victims of crime are denied justice,” Mr Barnes said.
